NiaSpace is located in the heart of dynamic South/Central Austin on Congress Avenue across from St. Edward’s University. It is 5 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from just about anywhere else in Austin. Ample parking is available in front of the studio.

What is Nia?
A fun, low-impact aerobic workout combining simple dance moves, martial arts and healing arts. No prior experience needed – Nia is user-friendly for everyone. Reap the benefits: cardio conditioning, stress relief, joint mobility, increased strength and energy.

From May until August, sign up for our Automatic Payment Plan (4 month minimum commitment) and get the Monthly Unlimited Card for $99 /month, regularly $125! If you come to class 12 times in a month that makes the rate per class only $8.25! Come to class more often and lower the rate even more/ The rate is locked in as long as you continue on the Automatic Payment Plan. Check at the front desk to sign up and/or for more information.
